I specialise in stress & anxiety, self-esteem & self-worth, fears & phobias and negative habits or patterns of behaviour.

My evidence-based, mind-body approach combines the science of Western psychology with Eastern wisdom. I integrate and customise my approach to suit my client using Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping) and Transformational Coaching. I am currently offering 1:1 sessions online.

I am a certified and accredited Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Advanced EFT (Tapping) & NLP Practitioner and Transformational Coach with a degree in Psychology.
