Reflexology is an ancient system of healing, based on the principle that different reflex points on the feet and hands correspond to our body’s organs, glands and systems. There are over 7000 nerve endings in each foot which connect to other parts of the body.
Through massage light pressure is applied to the reflex points which stimulate the body’s own healing process, bring about a state of deep relaxation and restore and maintain good health.

Qualifications
I have specialised in Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy and Reflexology and have been practicing since 2012.
I trained at the London School of Reflexology, taught by Louise Keet, Britain’s Leading Reflexology Practitioner. Direct tuition from Louise ensured achieving the highest level of training and I was awarded a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, accredited by the Association of Reflexologists (AOR) the UK’s Professional Body for Reflexology.
