My integrative approach focuses on the mind-body connection, using EFT to safely release stored emotions and past pain held in the body.

What is Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping) & Matrix Reimprinting?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (Tapping or EFT) is the most well known and researched energy psychology method. The latest neuroscience findings show that stress & trauma affect a person's body-mind system.

EFT is often called emotional or psychological acupuncture without the needles and works with the mind, body & emotions in an integrated way. It  helps with healing negative past experiences or trauma, stress and anxiety and transforming limiting core beliefs.

Integrating psychology with Chinese medicine it involves lightly tapping on various body acupoints and balancing the body-mind system that becomes disrupted through negative memories or experiences. The technique is easy to learn, gentle and ideal for self-help.

Matrix Reimprinting is an advanced version of EFT. Created by Karl Dawson, Matrix Reimprinting is a powerful means to discovering the root of your fears, beliefs and anxieties, and the specific memories where these were created.

What is Transformational Coaching?

Transformational coaching facilitates a journey of self exploration and change. It has both a goal-orientated and psychological focus that moves you from where you are in your life to where you want to be. It explores your beliefs, values, expectations, assumptions and psychological patterns. Through this awareness you can unlock transformative shifts, break down the negative patterns or beliefs and achieve the outcomes or changes you'd like to see in your life.

As a transformational coach my approach focuses on balancing body, mind, emotions & soul. We restore wholeness and balance when we integrate these four aspects of our nature.

I guide you to connect to your essential being, the part of you that is infintely wise, loving and supportive and that is in alignment with universal intelligence or source energy. We work on releasing and letting go of any blocks or resistance to connecting with this and your highest purpose and potential.

What is Hypnotherapy?

Around 90% of our thoughts, feelings & behaviours are driven by our subconscious mind. Out of our conscious awareness, our brain is continually looking for matches between now and the past, to protect us and anticipate the future. If the the brain makes a match to a negative past experience, we become flooded with the protection response (fight, flight or freeze). Often, our unwanted emotional reactions or patterns of thinking & behaving reveal what we need to heal from our past.

Until you become conscious of these underlying patterns you will often feel stuck, reactive or emotionally triggered in your life. It then becomes possible to update and rewire the subconscious mind with your desired outcomes and solutions.

Trance (or hypnotic) states are naturally occurring states of mind. For example, when you daydream during that meeting or getting lost in your thoughts while driving. A trance state is also a natural state of relaxation where you can access the subconscious to make positive and transformational changes, all without any swinging watch in sight!
